Experience
Marianne brings more than 25 years of global experience. During her tenure at IBM, she coached the company’s top executives and Senior Management Group during the Lou Gerstner transformation era, including direct work with multiple CEOs. She also led a high-impact executive initiative that shaped how senior leaders integrated technology into their leadership practice.
These engagements shaped her understanding of enterprise scale, executive accountability, and the realities of leading within complex institutions.
Leadership, Like Music, Is an Ensemble
Marianne is also an accomplished flutist and piccolo player with the Westchester Symphonic Winds, an ensemble in residence at the Tarrytown Music Hall.
Musical performance requires listening, precision, discipline, and the ability to lead and follow in equal measure — qualities that mirror the demands of executive leadership.
For more than two decades, she has performed at graduation ceremonies at the United States Merchant Marine Academy and has played at Carnegie Hall and West Point. She has also performed for former President George W. Bush, the late Senator John McCain, and for Gabrielle Giffords and Captain Mark Kelly.
